This course is intended to make kids enhance their understanding of robots and robots building techniques from scratch using simple readily available materials. Kids who enroll for this course shall be guided through the following steps required in any robotics project:

Step1: Identification and listing of all robot’s requirements

Step 2: Robot Project Planning

Step 3: Project Plan Review and Feedback

Step 4: Building Robot Prototype

Step 5: Testing Robot’s Design

Step 6: Troubleshooting and Refining Robot design

Step 7: Adapting and Extending Robots

This is a fully projects based course aimed at making kids get their feet wet by making simple robots and playing around with them. Most of the projects are more like proof of concept designs that test the capabilities of the materials used in the design of the robot. The course is offered in tandem with the robotics course at ZERO cost and kids ought to have registered for the robotics course for them to partake this course.
